These photos were taken during the period between summer, 1973, to summer 1974, while I was working at the New York Ocean Science Laboratory, in Montauk, New York. My area of work was in “Ichthyoplankton” or the study of “Fish Eggs and Larvae” that were collected during weekly field trips on Long Island Sound. Some of the drawings I made of these plankton appear on my home site at: My Drawings of Fish Eggs, Larvae, and Fry.

Worked there from 1978 to 1980/81. Was a great experience. Too bad Carey beat Duryea in the Mayoral election; that killed the budget. All the scientists had to find other work; just when research was getting ahead.
