These photos were taken during a visit to India during the spring, 1994. I worked with colleagues from the Homi Bhabha Centre for Science Education, while visiting two schools for tribal children in villages near Pune, which is south of Mumbai. They also generously accompanied me on visits to Kanheri Caves (ancient Buddhist caves) and around downtown Mumbai.
